Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to administer all Standard Jobs.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Expert computer skills
* Expert level in Word and Excel
* Expert level in DBS
* In-depth knowledge of service work orders
* Intermediate level in Showcase Query
* Must be able to read and comprehend information received via computer terminal, specification reports, technical/business correspondence, and reports
* Intermediate ability to build and modify utilization reports.
DUTIES:
* Analyze and maintain data on standard job requests
* Build standard jobs, incldes necessary research
* Build PM standard jobs
* Monitor standard job usage
* Verify accuracy of standard jobs on regular basis
* Maintain standard jobs
* Build RBOMs and apply to standard jobs
* Maintain RBOMs
* Assist PSSR's and service personnel with quotes
* Maintain job/component codes on DBS
* Conduct standard job training for various levels of Product Support personnel
* Assist in monitoring/improving standard job precesses and procedures
* Run weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports on service deptartment metrics
* Maintain Service Rework/Policy spreadsheet
* Maintain PIP list to ensure CAT compliance
* Build CSA's - includes necessary research
* Produce and maintain required CSA documentation
* Maintain procedures for CSA process

* Position is subject to extended work hours as business dictates.

As a Store Manager you will engage in all facets of the retail lease-to-own operation in order to maximize revenue growth of the store. You will ensure excellent customer service is delivered and maximize revenue growth through the execution of corporate programs, and the development of store associates. You will be involved in the day-to-day management of budgets, customer accounts, inventory, loss prevention programs, recruitment, selection, training, health and safety initiatives and employee relations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
