Principal Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Set, and achieve, the highest standards in retail execution.
• Provide our guests with legendary guest service.
• Complete maintenance of the floral sub-department(s).
• Ordering product from vendors as appropriate
• Stocking product
• Maintain a well-stocked and well-merchandised department.
• Control spoilage and sampling
• Assist in the training and development of Team Members.
