The neighbors have been great to me and like me, have resided here for decades. I bought the house new in 1993 and we are ready to move on. We desire another home near a boating lake. We would consider unrestricted land near Hot Springs, preferably with utilities for an RV or a house. We might trade for 3+ acres, especially a place with a workshop that could accommodate auto repair. Maybe someone would like to trade for a home closer to some relatives here.
