favorite this post looking for a cheap place to rent for a flea market or non profit (Benton or Bryant is preferred but will consider other areas) hide this posting unhide

I shut down a resale shop that I did not have the money to keep going. I originally intended it to be a non-profit but changed my mind because the fees were so expensive to set up a nonprofit. I set it up as a sole proprietorship instead. I opened in a new rural location where the rent is cheap but I don't get much business due to the location. I have tons of merchandise to go in a new one but I don't have the money to pay a huge rent. I'm looking for someone that has a building for a resale shop or flea market. I can work it every weekend and in several more months should be able to work at 6 or 7 days a week. that would depend on the location. I have all the stuff to go in it. I have a 12 by 24 shed full of stuff. I have a 10 by 16 shed full of stuff. I have another 10 by 20 room full of stuff and my resale shop that I have open now is 600 square feet. I really would like it to be a non-profit helping out either single moms or a homeless shelter or some kind of religious place that helps others such as operating a homeless shelter Etc.. please don't ask for me to donate it to you because I've spent thousands of dollars on this stuff and it has always been my dream to open a place like this. if you know of a place in a good location with cheap rent, please contact me. The location matters because that seems to make all the difference in every business that I've ever had. my shop right now is 600 square feet but I would love to find something a little bigger if possible. I'm not picky and I can paint and clean if needed. if you are a nonprofit or a church and have some kind of building next to you that I can rent cheaply, I would love to hear about it. Please know that I cannot donate 100% of the proceeds to you. I want this to be my full-time job and I have to be paid something to work it even if it's $ $100 a week to start with or 50% of the commission. I'm fairly negotiable as long as I'm able to pay my bills at home. anyways, if you have a cheap place to rent, please message me. I would expect to sign a lease with you.
