Gypsy Soul Villa and RV Park currently has 2 RV spaces available with 50 amp electric, water, sewer, and Wi-Fi. Big Rig Friendly. There is a central fire pit with a playland for kids.
These spaces will come with a picnic table and a double chair for relaxing.
The spaces were just finished this week so the pictures still show the construction.
Rent is $500 per month, per space, including utilities. We will do month to month or up to a 1 year lease.
We are located about 6 miles north of Yellville, AR off Hwy 14.
We are in a rural setting with beautiful sunsets.
The property has our home, 5 cabins, and 4 RV spaces on 55 acres. About 5 acres are cleared and the rest are wooded.
We have bees, goats, and chickens and are in the process of building an above ground community garden.
