Converted to Singlespeed (one of the amazing characteristics of the Chameleon line).
Installed Whiskey carbon fork
Ergon grips added dual water bottle cage, upgraded the tire for better grip, protected the frame and fork with body armor transparent stickers .. result is an extra light (only 25lbs), super-fast and fun cross-country bike to ride.
Between the purchase price and the upgrade / accessories, the total investment a year ago exceeded $9k.
The bike is like new (not a single scratch), was never raced, only gently used for less than 200 miles before my daughter decided to stop riding, as I am tired seeing this unused beauty in my garage, I decided to sell it.
