• Provide inbound customer service and support for national client accounts
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate resolutions to customer inquiries
• Follow client guidelines and T-Gevity procedures to ensure quality service
• Work remotely using T-Gevity’s systems and tools

Requirements
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• Must pass a background check
