Small Animal Hutch 2 level (Cabot)

Two-level small animal hutch. About 45" L x 40" H.
We purchased it new for our guinea pig.
It's always been indoors and in great condition except for where the guinea pig chewed the wood in a few places.
There is a Ramp between the two levels. The ramp can be raised to separate each level.

We paid $160 for it.
Asking $80 OBO.
Pick up in Cabot.
