Dixie Chopper Zee 2 - $800 (Bauxite)

I'm not sure of the year. It came with the house. It's been sitting in the yard since I moved in, but the last owner was using it not long ago. Battery needs charged/replaced. Tires are flat, but not dry rotted. I was told it needs "a regulator and a switch" whatever that means. No power, so I can't try to start it to diagnose. There is a solenoid in the cup holder, so that may have something to do with it. I don't have the time/money to invest in fixing up. Would be a good deal for someone handy to resell. $3-5k mower.
