The iWalk was purchased to use while recovering from foot surgery, but was able to walk on my foot after surgery. So it's not been used and is fully assembled. It comes with the printed user guide and instructional videos, Q & A are provided online at https://iwalk-free.com.
The iWalk 3.0 knee crutch isn't suitable for those with mobility or balance issues prior to surgery.
It enables the user to navigate steps, stairs, get around the home, workplace, store, etc.
The height of the knee support is adjustable and suitable for most, and the straps that fit around the leg are adjustable. All of the areas of contact with the leg are padded. The base of the crutch support has a sturdy pad that cushions ground contact.
