🚀 Seeking Independent Starlink Installers / Dealers – Build Your Business (Arkansas Statewide coverage)
Looking to earn solid money in the field and build something that’s actually yours? We’re looking for self motivated independent contractors to install Starlink systems and handle related on site services in your local area.
This is not a W-2 job. You’re running your own operation. You control your schedule, your hustle, and how far you take it but you won’t be doing it alone. We provide a pipeline of available work orders, support, and a clean process so you can focus on getting installs done and getting paid.
Pay Range:
• $80–$200 per completed work order
Payout depends on what’s completed on site (standard install vs additional tasks/services).
What You’ll Do:
• Perform Starlink installations (residential and light commercial)
• Mount and route cable cleanly (roof/eave/pole/wall mounts depending on the job)
• Activate/test service and confirm the customer is online before closing out
• Provide a professional customer experience and clean workmanship
• Complete job photos and closeouts correctly so you get paid fast
• Optional add on services when available (these increase payout)
Who We’re Looking For:
• Self starters who can work independently and communicate efficiently
• Prior experience in Starlink/satellite, telecom, low voltage, roofing, or general field service is a big plus
• People who care about quality
Requirements:
✅ Reliable vehicle suitable for transporting tools, ladders, and equipment
✅ Smartphone (you’ll be using apps/photos for closeout)
✅ Basic hand tools (drill/impact, bits, levels, fasteners, etc.)
✅ Ability to work at heights and on ladders safely
✅ General liability insurance (we can point you in the right direction if you need it)
✅ Clean appearance and professionalism at customer homes

Important:
You are not an employee. This is a 1099 independent contractor role. You are responsible for your own schedule, taxes, insurance, vehicle, tools, and work quality.
