This is Eastmans take on the Gibson J45 but with upgraded rosewood back and sides. I sold my Gibson J45 when I got this as I thought the Eastman recorded a lot better.
The only reason I haven’t listed this in “excellent” condition is that it’s missing the dot inlay on the 3rd fret. It came like this brand new from Eastman, the dealer offered a bit of a discount. It doesn’t affect playability at all.
This has spent its entire life in a humidity and temperature controlled recording studio. I have the case and original paperwork with it and it’s been set up for Santa Cruz Parabolic Tension strings (somewhere between light and medium gauge).
Get a basically “Bourgeois Light” and save some money. It’s a solid guitar!
