We’re seeking a versatile and organized Office Assistant to support two dynamic local businesses — Right Place LLC (Property Management) and Concept Design Networks (Media Manufacturing & Distribution).
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable handling basic accounting, marketing and online listings (including eBay), and helping improve overall office organization and workflow. Some light packaging,
Responsibilities Include:
Perform basic bookkeeping, invoice entry, and account tracking
Create and manage eBay and online product listings
Assist with marketing and social media updates
Help organize files, schedules, and general office systems
Communicate professionally with tenants, clients, and vendors
Support day-to-day office operations across both businesses
Requirements:
Accounting or bookkeeping knowledge (QuickBooks experience a plus)
eBay or online marketing experience
Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills
Works well independently and with others
Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-driven
Position Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 15–20 hours per week
Location: Shared office, Hot Springs, AR
Pay: Based on experience
