QUALIFICATIONS: Education: HS Diploma or GED. Some college preferred -- Industry training will be provided. Able to effectively use WORD and EXCEL and POWERPOINT.

REQUIRED - Knowledgeable of MS OFFICE Suite of applications.
REQUIRED - Experience - professional office environment, insurance agency experience a plus.
REQUIRED - MUST KNOW EXCEL - (Will be given a project to test knowledge).
REQUIRED - MUST KNOW POWERPOINT.
DUTIES: Data entry, compose general correspondence, some internet work, filing, organizing emails.
Organize and maintain filing system.
Answer phones, prepare marketing materials, prepare mailings, business errands,
Assist with public seminars, Facebook post other social media included.
Other duties as requested. Must be accustomed to environment of multi-task!!
