I'm a retired career maintenance man with a lifetime of knowledge and experience who still has a lot to offer and I'm looking for an opportunity to relocate to the Hot Springs area. I can be flexible with my salary requirements as long as onsite housing is provided as part of the package. My background covers decades in the Hospitality and Multi Family industries. My entire career has revolved around the protection and improvement of the assets in my charge along with great customer service. My maintenance career began at the age of 16 and I have developed a well rounded broad scope of skills. I am looking for opportunities in the Manufactured Home Community, Multi Family and Self Storage industries as well as Resident Motel Manager/Maintenance and Campground Host.
