I am in need of a good real estate agent to help me find 4 fix and flips properties in the Fort Smith and surrounding area. I will be getting a hard money loan for these and I am really needing a good agent that has patience with me and who wants to be on my team long term. I need a list of homes that are for sale that will fit in the 70/30 rule, and that have a high ARV.
