My wife and I are retired and want to have a long term lease arrangement. A log home, or farm house would be great if in good condition. At our ages, no lawn care. Our credit score is around 803, non smokers, no drinking. Just want some peace and quiet.
We are about to put our house up for sale...just too much maintence. Desired area around Hot Springs, maybe west L R.
