No children. Even though there is no deposit you will pay first and last month's rent. So for example you pay for August and if you decide November is your last month then you don't have to pay for it because you already paid it. So total move-in will be $800 or 1200 if your a couple. And if we decide or you decide that you need to move out sooner we have no problem giving you back the $400 or 600 if you leave that same month. My brother and I are both straight males and we're looking for the same male or female. no liberals or woke.
Hello my name is Benjamin and I am renting out the Master bedroom in our 3 bedroom home. You'll have your own private bathroom and a walk-in closet. All bills paid including wifi and garbage. You will never see a utility bill. You will have access to everything except the two other bedrooms. The room Will be not be furnished.
The property sits on 8 acres there is a metal barn you can use and a 3 car garage which you will be able to park your car. We're looking for someone quiet and respectful absolutely no drugs not even marijuana No drinking no partying. If you smoke cigarettes you will have to do it outside. We also have a hot tub that you can use currently it's offline until the fall. And there is an exercise room. Like I said we're looking for someone respectful quiet drama-free we are a conservative household we believe in God and the second amendment but we do not press our beliefs on anyone else. Even though we consider ourselves Christian we currently do not attend church we try not to curse but we do watch shows like South Park invincible rated r movies and stuff like that. Currently living in the house is myself 45 my brother David 42. You will have to purchase your own groceries and make your own food but we don't mind sharing our food now and then.
