You will have access to everything in the home. Internet,, computer, printer, washer dryer, kitchen, all included. You will share bathroom with my son. Bed, dresser, small desk furnished. Living room TV available when I'm not using it.
Very nice home on the lake in Cabot near the animal shelter. Prefer quiet, homebody. No alcoholics or druggies or pets. I keep a very quiet and drama free home and it will stay that way. No loud music. No yelling and arguing on the phone. No constant visitors, every now and then is fine of course. No pets allowed. No children or anyone else moving in with you. No child visitation appointments at my home. Drama between you and the child's father will not be tolerated. Children can visit but you must go get them and bring them here and take them back when they're done visiting. Kitchen closes at 10. You must be in the house and settled by 1030pm. I have insomnia issues and need quietness at a certain time in order to get a healthy amount of sleep. If interested feel free to message for more details.
Background check required. I don't care about previous small charges. But if you have numerous drug, dui, or assault/theft charges then you'll be declined.
No lease required. Month to month. You will be required to sign rental documentation and paperwork stating you will not squat.
