Room for rent in a single family house in NLR off of MacArthur dr. Good sized bedroom and closet. 3br/1.5 bath. I use thd hall bath only to shower (and most days do that at the gym).
Very easy going and laid back and looking for same. I have 2 small dogs that use z doggie door, so I am willing to consider a housebroken dog. Rent includes all utilities, 1 gig internet, my streaming services full use of kitchen, laundry, adg security system etc. It also includes you mowing the yard (riding mower) as needed. You MUST Have an income AND HAVE A CAR. Drinking is cool, I can live with smoking outside, and no hard drugs.
