Used, loved. Spacious. Low generator hours (207). Lots of storage space inside and out. Six NEW Michelin tires. Might need roof resealing. Walked on it today and it was solid. Needs repair of multiple minor items. Owned by older couple who can no longer take longer trips. We are the second owners. Time to sell and let a new family enjoy the outdoor adventures.

AC/heat works fine. Refrigerator and microwave work fine. Generator (Onan's Cummins) starts right up. Built-in outdoor gas grill runs from onboard LP gas.
Ford Triton V10. This is our second V10. They are super reliable.
Clean, free and clear title.
Local pick up only. Face-to-face transaction. Cash, cashiers check, or funds transfer at our local bank only.
We will include ramps, hoses, stabilizers for slides, etc...
