The front living room area is spacious and comfortable. The ceilings measure approximately 6.5 feet, allowing plenty of head room. It has two sleeper sofas, a large flat screen TV, fireplace, and real wood cabinets throughout. Additionally, there is space for a love seat, recliner or a small desk. All windows have retractable shades.
The separate kitchen area has plenty of drawer and cabinet space, along with a nice-sized pantry, video hookups and optional shelving. It is equipped with a standard size stainless steel French-door Samsung refrigerator and a built-in new Furrion microwave/convection oven. It has a dual sink with dual sink covers and an extendable water sprayer. There is also a four-chair dinette set. Dining area windows have retractable shades.
The bathroom is spacious and features a double vanity with dual medicine cabinets and plenty of drawer space. It also has a large shower with skylight. The ceiling measures approximately 8 feet, allowing plenty of head room in the shower.
The rear bedroom can accommodate a queen or full size mattress. It is loaded with lots of cabinets, drawer space, and a large underbed storage area. The closet has interior motion detector lights and mirrored doors. There is a second closet area that has washer/dryer hookups. The bedroom has a TV hookup and a ceiling fan. There is a light control switch by the bed. All bedroom windows have retractable shades.
This fifth wheel has been kept under a protective roof and has been docked as an exceptional living quarters. No evidence of weathering or wear and tear on the exterior. It has a large, motorized awning, exterior lights and plenty of underbelly storage space. There is also an outside shower head.
We have just completed a total inspection and have had all repairs made, including installing a new front air conditioning unit and control panel, along with other small repairs. All repairs were covered under our comprehensive warranty, which has approximately one year remaining on it and is transferable.
This is a beautiful, well-built fifth wheel! We have loved it and have taken very good care of it! Still has lots of comfort and life to offer to its next owner!
