Update folks, open House i today have everything turned on the hot water heater and the refrigerator air conditioner going to be running you can't even turn the heat on. This is a package deal folks you can't find this anywhere. everything you need all you have to do is decorate it yourself. from the hitch to the spare tire on the back you won't have to go to Camping World and overpay for accessories. I did get the dinette reinstalled
