Milwaukee core drill, stand , 12" extension and 8 core bits of various sizes. used for years many times to core holes in concrete tilt up walls, it operates as it should. the stand has been cut for clearance but still works, the 6"-7" and 8 " bits are new and were only used a couple of times . the whole rig and bits cost well over $3,000.00 new but it is "very used" value @, $400.00 (the cost of the new bits!)
